Requirements:
1. High level of integrity and must be self-motivated, proactive, innovative and able to work under
     pressure;
2. Strong skills in leadership, communication, analysis, and problem solving;
3. Excellent reporting skills in both Chinese and English;
4. Bachelor's degree or above, overseas experience is a plus;
5. Over 5 years' working experience gained in the fields of assurance and business advisory ("Big
     Four" international accounting firms is a plus), finance and accounting;
6. Familiar with Chinese GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP, CICPA is a must, AICPA, CIMA or ACCA is a
     plus;
7. Highly computer literate and experienced in use of integrated financial information systems; and
8. Preferably with membership of CFA or undertaking the relevant examinations.
